3. The present application under Section 582 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: -
“1. To pass an Order to rectify the original Order dated 25/04/2025 passed in Crl. MC No. 1018 of 2025, to the extent that 'Petitioner No. 1' may read as Petitioner, and the name of the son of Respondent No. 2 as 'Ronit' and the pronoun be 'his' for the male child of Respondent no.2, in the interest of justice. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may fit and proper may kindly be passed in favour of Respondent No. 2.”
4. In view of the averments made in the present application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed.
5. The words ‘petitioner no.1’ in para 6 and ‘her’ in para 14 of the order dated 25.04.2025 will be read as ‘petitioner’ and ‘his’ respectively. The said This is a digitally signed order. 14. It is however directed that this order shall not come in the way of the minor child in claiming his rights of inheritance, maintenance, educational & marriage expenses, etc. against any of the parties.”
