HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) No. - 2920 of 2025 Court No. - 50 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J. Learned Standing Counsel submits that particulars of the disputed parcels of State land where encroachments are alleged are not disclosed in the writ petition. Moreover the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy under Section 67 of UP Revenue Code for seeking relief for eviction of such encroachment.
