The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rikhiya P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 140(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Miss Srishti Ghai, learned J.M., 1st Class, Deoghar. 3. On 24.01.2025, sons of the informant were kidnapped for ransom. During the course of investigation, one Mahendra Das was apprehended and he confessed his guilt. He has implicated the petitioner as one of the accused. 4. From the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner has also confessed his guilt. 5. Mr. Pran Pranay, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the Bail Application of the petitioner has been rejected by the learned court below only on the ground that the investigation of this case was still pending. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Srishti Ghai, learned J.M., 1st Class, Deoghar in connection with Rikhiya P.S.
