Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Om Anand, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. 2019550531050026 (Sanjay Vs. State of U.P. and others) filed under Section 9A (2) in respect of Mauja Awadhpur, Tappa- Kewtali, Pargana-Haveli, Tehsil Chauri Chaura, District- Gorakhkpur within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. (c) Award cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner." 3. This Court has earlier directed the Consolidation Officer concerned to submit a report in the matter. 4. In compliance of the order of this Court instruction dated 21.03.2025 sent by the Consolidation Officer, is taken on record. 5. Sri Om Anand, learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instruction submitted that evidence of the parties is going on and last date fixed in the proceeding was 25.03.2025. He further submitted that matter shall be decided expeditiously by the Consolidation Officer concerned. 6. Considering the report/instruction dated 21.03.2025 sent by Consolidation Officer, Chauri Chaura, Gorakhpur, the instant petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent no. 3- Consolidation Officer, Chauri Chaura, Gorakhpur to decide the aforementioned Case No. 62 of 2024 Computerized Case No. 2019550531050026 expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
