The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Charhi P.S. Case No. 119/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 15 & 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act , Hazaribagh. 3. The petitioner happens to be cleaner of the truck bearing registration no. RJ19GF-3583, which was seized by Charhi police at NH-21, Charhi. On search, 606 kgs. of poppy husk was recovered from the said vehicle. 4. Considering the fact that commercial quantity of poppy husk was recover from the said vehicle, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
