This Court, vide order dated 16.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5077 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Satyanarayan Jaiswal @ Satya @ Bhaka, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. The learned Sessions Judge, Balodabazar, District-Balodabazar- Bhatapara (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.02.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in this case, the examination of 15 prosecution witnesses have been completed so far. One witness, Jayram Chauhan, who was described by the prosecution as a crucial witness related to the motive, has not been able to appear due to his residence outside the State in Delhi. Furthermore, the Investigating OfÏcer's transfer to another district has left their examination pending, hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some more time therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
