Time extension application has been moved on behalf of the applicant, who was granted short term bail by this Court on 11.08.2025 for two months and now, in the time extension application, it is contended that applicant is still under medical treatment. In support of which certain medical prescriptions have also been enclosed. 5. Mr. Siddharath Bisht, learned AGA for the State has not disputed on this. 6. Mr. S.K. Mandal, learned counsel for the complainant, submits that earlier short term bail was granted subject to this condition that applicant will surrender on completion of time period of short term bail, therefore, short term bail should not be extended. 7. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, further taking into consideration the medical prescriptions as enclosed, time extension application no. 1 of 2025 is allowed. Period of short term bail granted by order dated 11.08.2025 is further extended for two months. 8.
