The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the matter is still at the investigation stage. 4. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, the criminal petition is disposed off, directing the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer, for the purpose of investigation in Crime No.52 of 2023 on the file of Chilakalapudi UPS, Krishna District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
