Saikia, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent No.1. Also heard Mr. S. Neog, learned counsel for the informant. 2. This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, who are apprehending arrest in connection with NLPS Case No. 95/2025 under Sections 329(3)/75(1) (i)/76/117(2)/351(2)(3)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said NLPS Case No. 95/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 88/2025 dated 30.03.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for their regular bail in said NLPS Case No. 95/2025 within a period of 20(twenty) days from today. 5. The interim bail granted to the petitioners earlier on 21.03.2025 in said NLPS Case No. 95/2025 shall remain in force for the next 20(twenty) days. 6. In the event, the petitioners fail to appear before the appropriate forum Page No.# 3/3 seeking regular bail, within the period of 20(twenty) days, the interim bail granted to them shall stands cancelled. 7.
