1. In the instant contempt petition, petitioners herein have complained non- compliance of order dated 16.10.2023, whereby the petition filed by the petitioners being WP(C) No. 2677/2023 came to be disposed of by directing the respondents 2 to 4 to decide the representation of the petitioners and to ensure that no common path way is encroached by any one.
2. Respondents have filed statement of facts accompanied with consideration
order dated 09.09.2024, whereunder it has been provided that the representation of the petitioners stands considered in compliance to the order passed by this Court and the pathway restored on spot for the common people including the petitioners herein through the land falling under survey No. 2770/888.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, seemingly the respondents have complied with the order necessitating the closure of the contempt proceedings and recalling of contempt notice. Ordered accordingly.
