JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 25-11-2025 After some argument, Mr. Baidya Nath Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file fresh representation, on the basis of settlement of lands made by ex-landlord in favour of father of petitioner No. 2 in the year 1944, before the District Fisheries Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Saharsa (respondent No. 3), with regard to the grievance raised by him in this writ petition. 2. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of, with giving the petitioner the aforesaid liberty to Patna High Court CWJC No.19054 of 2025(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 file fresh representation on the basis of said settlement before the District Fisheries Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Saharsa (respondent No.3) and if he avails this liberty within four weeks from today, then the District Fisheries Officer-cum- Chief Executive Officer, Saharsa (respondent No.3) will decide his representation according to merit, as per the provision of law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court’s order or production of the same. annu/- (Shailendra Singh, J) U
