The petitioner, by means of the present writ petition, has assailed the impugned tender notice dated 14.08.2025 issued by the Zila Panchayat, Azamgarh. 4. Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Advocate has informed that the tender notice which has been impugned in this writ petition has been cancelled by order dated 15.9.2025 and in future fresh notice will be issued. 5. In such view of the fact, no cause of action survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
