HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 13913 of 2025 Court No. - 5 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1. Heard Sri Hari Bhawan Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri K.K. Shukla, Advocate for Respondent-1 and Sri R.K. Shukla, Advocate for Respondent-2. 2. The argument of learned counsel for petitioner to challenge the impugned suspension order has no legal basis since it is not mandatory to conduct a preliminary inquiry or issue a show cause notice before suspension order is passed. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that till date even charge sheet has not been issued, therefore, some direction may be issued for expeditious conclusion of disciplinary proceedings, if initiated. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that an internal inquiry was conducted before order of suspension was passed and on basis of limited instructions, he further submits that charge sheet, if not already issued, will be issued within three weeks from today. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that in case charge sheet is not issued within aforesaid period, i.e., three weeks from today, impugned suspension order shall be kept in abeyance till conclusion of inquiry.
