The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(2), 41(1), 41(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. 3. As per F.I.R., 1103 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a truck, which was parked outside the godown of co-accused Pankaj Singh, who disclosed the name of this petitioner, as one of his associate. Petitioner has got six criminal antecedent, out of which, two are of similar nature. 4.
