This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue an appropriate, suitable order or direction directing the learned trial court to decide the paper no 7C2 (interim application) filed in Original Suit no 448 of 2024 (Jagdish Prasad versus Santosh Kumar And others) pending before Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Siddharth Nagar), in an expeditious and time bound manner within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble court. Issue an appropriate, suitable order or direction directing the learned trial court to decide the Original Suit no 448 of 2024 (Jagdish Prasad versus Santosh Kumar And others, in an expeditious and time bound manner within the time frame as fixed this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above- mentioned application 7C2 (interim application) is pending consideration since 2024 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Siddharth Nagar to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sandeep Maniji Bakhshi Counsel for Respondent(s) : Jagdish Prasad .....Petitioner(s) Santosh Kumar And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
