HON'BLE SANTOSH RAI, J.
1. From the writ petition it appears that there is dispute between the petitioner and his wife respondent no.5. The wife has separated from the petitioner alongwith her two minor children aged about 9 months and 2-1/2 years and they are living apart from the petitioner. The petitioner has apprehension about the security of his children and has approached this Court praying that security may be provided to his two minor children. It appears that the children are minor and living with their mother. No one can better protect the children than their mother and, therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner is misconceived.
