1. By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the eligible/not eligible list for the post of Programme Associate Biomedical Engineer and direct the Respondent authorities to consider the Petitioner eligible for the post. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to consider the equivalent qualification i.e. B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation for the post of Programme Associate Biomedical Engineer. 10.3 Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents authorities have rejected the candidature of the petitioner in an illegal and arbitrary manner and the petitioner has already moved an application while clearing the objections made by the respondents authorities.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that the representation/objection made by the petitioner and likewise candidates are being considered by the respondents authorities and appropriate orders will be passed after considering the objections filed by the petitioner and likewise candidates. He further submits that respondents No.2 and 3 will take decision in a short span of time and as such this petition has been filed at a premature stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that the respondents authorities may kindly be directed to consider the objection filed by the petitioner and in turn the authorities may be directed to decide the same in a short span of time and if after deciding the representation/objection the petitioner would have any grievance she may be permitted to file a fresh petition in accordance with law.
5. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, respondents No.2 and 3 are
directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and if the petitioner fulfills all the requisite criteria, suitable order may be passed in accordance with law. The said exercise be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, when a query is made to learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, he has clearly stated that till the decision on the objection of the petitioner and likewise candidates, respondents No.2 and 3 will not pass any further order in respect of appointment on the post of Programme Associate Biomedical Engineer.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
