The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 335 of 2022 (State vs. Alok Prajapati), arising out of Case Crime No. 21 of 2022, under Sections 279, 304A, 427 IPC, P.S. Nasarhalt, District Ghazipur as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 21.09.2022, pending in the Court of Juvenile Justice Board, Ghazipur . After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
