We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant, and the learned Government Counsel. 2. This intra-Court Appeal is directed against the interlocutory order, whereby the learned Single Judge has been pleased to grant only a partial relief. Today, the learned Government Counsel has also filed in Court the instructions received by him. In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that it would be proper and appropriate if the matter is relegated back to the learned Single Judge for expeditious consideration and disposal in accordance with law, for, any observations otherwise, may impinge on the impartial conduct of the hearing of the Writ Petition by the learned Single Judge. 3. Accordingly, the present Special Appeal is disposed of. We request the learned Single Judge to consider expeditious disposal of the Writ Petition, as the appointment is for a fixed 1 2025:UHC:7772-DB period. That apart, the instructions, placed by the Government Counsel before this Court, may also be placed in the file before the learned Single Judge. 4. The Special Appeal stands ordered accordingly, with a request to the learned Single Judge to expeditiously hear and dispose of the Writ Petition. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
