This application has been filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S),2023, in respect of POCSO Case No. 143/2024 pending before the Court of leaned Special Judge (POCSO), Morigaon. 3. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsels of both sides. 4. There are 9 (nine) witnesses shown in the charge-sheet and out of them, six are already examined, which includes the victim girl who is yet to be examined. The trial is about to be completed. 5. At this stage, this Court is of the opinion that allowing the petitioner to go on bail would hamper early disposal of the case before the trial Court. 6. Therefore, at this stage, this Court is of the opinion that the present bail petition is devoid of merit and stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
