Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 8 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Danapur, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23899 of 2021(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 District Patna vide order dated 09.01.2021 passed in A.B.P. No.6557 of 2020. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already died. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co- operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No.1392(C) of 2019. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc.
