All the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the tenure of the Managing Committee has already expired in November 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submitted that the dispute was with regard to the defective voter list and prayed that he may be granted permission to file a complaint/representation to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, UT Chandigarh and that the Registrar may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass an order.
