The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 18.7.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Prayagraj in Criminal Revision No. 29 of 2025, whereby the revisional court dismissed the criminal revision, which has been filed against the order dated 5.12.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 15, Prayagraj passed in complaint case No. 41086 of 2023, whereby learned Magistrate took cognizance under Section 307, I.P.C. against the applicant. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
