The case of the prosecution is that the absconding accused is the headmaster of the driving school against whom specific allegation has been made by the minor girl that he had misbehaved with her and abused her sexually. 3. The statement of the victim girl also indicates that the petitioner has misbehaved with the victim girl inappropriately. 4. Considering the said fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
