This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Mathura, District Mathura/respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2025 regarding the Arazi No. 273 and 278, area 0.0376 hectare, situated at Mauja Chhatikara, Vrindavan, District Mathura within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceeding under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. From perusal of the application dated 16.07.2025 it appears that it is not in a proper shape and is not filed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, by permitting the petitioner to move proper application in a proper format within a period of ten days from today. In case the said application is moved within the period as prescribed, the revenue authorities shall proceed with the same and decide the same after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amarendra Mani, Digvijay Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
