The learned counsel for the applicant submits that Shri Akash Deep, IAS, Principal Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar being the concerned officer who is required to comply with the directions contained in the order dated 17.08.2022 passed in W.P(C) No. 720/2022 and since the direction contained in the order have not been complied with, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the opposite party is required to be arrayed as a party respondent. Considering the prayer made, the interlocutory application stands allowed.
