Mr. Pradeep Yadav, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has received a message from the petitioner not to appear in the matter as another Advocate would be appearing. However, no other Advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called out. 2. Status reports are stated to have been filed on behalf of the respondent This is a digitally signed order. A copy of the status report filed by the respondent no.1/MCD has been handed over in Court, wherein it is stated that demolition order in respect of the subject property was passed on 27th November, 2025 and work stop orders were issued on 6th November, 2025 and 26th November, 2025. 4. Status report further states that demolition action was carried out against the unauthorized construction on 26th February, 2026. Photographs of the demolition action carried out by MCD have been filed along with the status report. It is further stated in the status report that pursuant to the demolition action, a letter dated 26th February, 2026 has been sent to SHO, Police Station Shaheen Bagh with a request to keep strict vigil over the property. 5. None appears on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. 6. Taking into account the averments made in the status report, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
