Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in spite of order dated April 10, 2023 having been passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and the petitioner having deposited the amount as required by the police authorities, the possession of the property in question has still not been given to the petitioner. 3. In light of the same, the respondents authority including the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 are directed to ensure that the possession of the property in question is given to the petitioner, if there is no impediment in law otherwise, within a period of eight weeks from date. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
