Both the parties are present in person. 2. In pursuance of the order dated 22.01.2025, today, corpus, namely, Smt. Poonam Singh is present in person before this Court and also demand draft of Rs.25,000/- has been handed over to her by petitioner, namely, Sudhir Singh himself. 3. On being queried, corpus stated that she is residing separately in Mumbai with her free will and for livelihood of her children and herself, she is doing a private job. It has also been stated by corpus that she does not want to lead her life with her husband. 4. In view of the statement made by corpus, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention of corpus by her brother/respondent no.4 and as such, the present petition stands dismissed.
