Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 22.08.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 141 of 2025, Under Sections 191(2), 191 (3), 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 76 & 109 (1) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) Police Station-Sakeet, District-Etah. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature Mandamus restraining the respondent authorities from arresting the petitioners in Case Crime No. 141 of 2025, Under Sections 191(2), 191 (3), 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 76 & 109 (1) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) Police Station-Sakeet, District-Etah." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
