2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.
3. As per the prosecution case, police, on a secret information, conducted raid in the house of co-accused Sunil Kumar and apprehended some accused persons in compromising position with objectionable materials.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner’s name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is neither owner of the house nor he is manager of the alleged flesh trade. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

No.77378 of 2024(7) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Parsa Bazar Police Station Case No. 160 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
