This writ petition is not maintainable as it has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, Balveer Singh, who has died on 21.06.2024. 4. Learned A.G.A. informs that charge sheet has been submitted against the deponent. No interference therefore is warranted. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
