Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 08.08.2025 registered Case Crime No. 0360 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 352, 351(3), 338, 336(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Saraimeer, District-Azamgarh. (B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the first information report dated 08.08.2025 in Case Crime No. 0360 of 2025, under Sections 319 (2), 318 (4), 352, 351(3), 338, 336(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Saraimeer, District-Azamgarh." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
