Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35021 of 2025(4) dt.02-12-2025 2/3 with Kochas P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109(I) and 303(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. The prosecution case is that on 10.03.2025 at about 08:30 PM, when the informant was sitting at his shop, the petitioners along with several other named accused persons, in drunken condition, came there and started abusing him. Petitioner no. 1 assaulted his son Hasnain Ansari with Rami. Petitioner no. 2 assaulted his second son Aftab Alam with Bhala. When his third son Suhail Ansari intervened, he was also assaulted by co-accused Vineet Kumar with stick. The accused persons further assaulted his younger sons Ahmed Raja and Isfaq Ansari, snatched gold chain, stole 5006 from the shop, ₹ took the mobile set and purse of Hasnain Ansari, and looted other shop items. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case and the members of petitioners’ side have also suffered injuries. He has submitted further that the injuries, in the present case, are simple in nature. 5. No.35021 of 2025(4) dt.02-12-2025 3/3 circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class Sasaram, District- Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
