This Court has passed following order on 24.02.2025 :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made various representations dated 10.07.2019, 06.02.2021 & 14.07.2023 for payment of his salary since 2018, but the mode of communication to the respondent has not been pleaded in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted 10 days' time to file supplementary affidavit bringing the same on record. List as fresh on 11.03.2025." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that despite various attempts, petitioner could not get receipt from office of respondents. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on basis of material available submits that claim of petitioner for appointment on post of Assistant Clerk may not be considered since there are legal impediment. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, though petitioner does not appear to be active towards his rights, if any, still considering that it is an issue of appointment, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that petitioner may submit a fresh representation enclosing all relevant documents and position of law on said issue and if such representation is filed within 4 weeks, within a short period thereafter, his claim will be considered in accordance with law by concerned respondent and if there is any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
