Biswakarma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2. Mr. Chakraborty has submitted that the Lakhipur P.S. Case No. 285/2019 ended in filing of the Final Report. Therefore, the connected Criminal Petition 117/2020 has become infructuous. On the basis of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides, this court is of the opinion that the criminal petition no. 117/2020 has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is closed.
