The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "1. Issue a writ order or direction directing the trial Court to decide the 11C interim injunction application under order 39 rule 1 C.P.C. in original suit по. 453 of 2023(Umashankar and other vs. Seema Devi and another) pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Room No. 11 Allahabad within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned 11C interim injunction application in original suit no.453 of 2023 is pending for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
