Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Shri A.K. Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri B.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State. 3. This application under Section 528 BNSS has been preferred for quashing the order dated 19.4.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.9, Allahabad in S.T. No. 241 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No.1525 of 2018 under Sections 302, 364, 201 IPC, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant confines his prayer that a direction may be issued to the court concerned to consider and decide his application for recall/cancellation of Non-Bailable Warrant or for bail application of applicant expeditiously in accordance with the law laid down in Satendra Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, 2021 SCC Online SC 922. 5. Learned AGA has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 6. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case the applicant appears/surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and applies for recall/cancellation of Non-Bailable Warrant or for bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Adarsh Kumar Shukla, Sunil Kumar Shukla Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Akash Tiwari Urf Rahul Tiwari .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) accordance with law. For a period of four weeks from today or till the applicant appears/surrenders before the court concerned, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against applicant. 7.
