In pursuance of the previous order dated 29.08.2025, SI Ranbir Singh has appeared in the Court along with detenue, namely, Pawan Kumar son of Prem Chand (father of the petitioner). Police official also intimated that criminal proceedings vide FIR No.123 dated 02.09.2025 have already been registered against respondents No.4 & 5. 2. Mr. Sandeep Singh Jattan, Advocate appears on behalf of respondents No.4 & 5 through Video Conferencing. His Power of Attorney is taken on record. Learned counsel submits that respondents No.4 & 5 had never illegally detained the father of the petitioner (detenue), rather there was some financial dispute between them, on account of which the present petition has been filed. 3.
