No.618 of 2025. 2.The case in Cr.No.223 of 2018 was registered for the alleged offences under Sections 430 and 379 of the I.P.C. The occurrence is of the year 2018. It is reported that the defacto-complainant has since died. The matter has been pending since 2018.
