Learned counsel for petitioner states that as for now petitioner is on interim bail vide order dated 17.02.2025 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Roop Nagar till final disposal of his premature case pending before competent authority, therefore, at present, he does not want to pursue present criminal writ petition and accordingly withdraws the same. This fact is also confirmed in para No.5 of the status report. In view of the statement, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly as well.
