The instant writ petition is preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner request/representation to the respondents for renewal of the post of peon/security guard through placement employ at Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Aamandula, District Sakti (C.G.) but no action has been taken till date within the period of 4 weeks. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondent for its kind perusal.” 3. Brief facts of the case are that the the petitioner was working on the post of peon/security guard through placement employ at 3 Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Aamandula, District Sakti (C.G.) and he was continued working on the post of peon/security guard through placement employ from 11.12.2023 to till date at Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Aamandula, District Sakti (C.G.). Thereafter, respondent No.3 has issued order for the distribution of duties of applicant for banking duties from 24.09.2024 to till further order. The appointment on the said post is for a period of one year after that it has to be renewal again, but the respondents have not done renewal till date and not giving salary. The petitioner has made request/ representation to the respondents for renewal of the post of peon/security guard through placement employ at Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Aamandula, District Sakti (C.G.), but no action has been taken till date. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made request/representation on 02.12.2024 to the respondents for renewal of the post of peon/security guard through placement employ at Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Aamandula, District Sakti (C.G.), but no action has been taken till date, as such, he is seeking a limited prayer that the direction be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide his pending representation within a short span. 5. On the other hand, learned State counsel appearing for respondents submits that he is having no objection to the prayer 4 made by the petitioner and submits that the pending representation of by the petitioner may be considered and decided by the respondent authorities i.e respondents No.2 and 3 expeditiously. 6. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, considered their rival contentions and perused the documents annexed with the writ petition. 7. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case as well as upon appreciating the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, particularly the fact that the petitioner is a low paid employee and he is having no means of livelihood, the respondent authorities, i.e. respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2024 in a pragmatic manner within a period of two weeks from today. 8.
