JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 2 25-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 17.10.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 1265 of 2024, arising out of Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023 by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial. He further submits that some Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11521 of 2025(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 observations have been made in the bail order dated 17.10.2024 against the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that any observation made in the said order dated 17.10.2024 shall not bear on the merit of the case. 5.
