1. This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India claiming the following relief: nd
“To issue writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2 respondent in furnishing the certified copies of the documents insptie of the written representation dated 17.12.2022 followed by legal notice dated 04.02.2023 followed by personal visits as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2^^ respondent to forthwith furnish the entire documents mentioned in the representation dated 17.12.2022.”

Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, to issue a direction to the 2^"^ respondent to dispose of the representation dated 17.12.2022, with a liberty to make representation under the Right to Information Act for obtaining necessary information/documents. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents would dispose of the representation dated 17.12.2022, if any pending with the 2^^ respondent. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader
5. for Revenue, I need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in ' The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh^”, wherein'the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, 1 2019(8) SCALE 544

As the learned counsel for the petitioner himself requested to issue a direction to 2"^ respondent to dispose of the representation dated 17.12.2022, with a liberty to make representation the Right to Information Act for obtaining necessary information/documents, I find no other alternative except to issue such under direction. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2"*^ respondent to dispose of the representation dated 17.12.2022 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within two (02) weeks from today. Further, the petitioner is granted liberty to make representation under the Right to Information Act for obtaining necessary information/documents from the respondents. No costs. 7.
