(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in criminal case having FIR No.256 dated 10.08.2024 registered under Sections 109 (1), 115, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 (Section 117(1) BNS added later on) at Police Station DLF Phase-1, Gurugram District Gurugram. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the earlier order, the petitioner has joined the investigation with the police. State counsel on instructions from SI Chandgi Ram apprised the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation and not required for the purpose of further investigation by the police.
Learned counsel on behalf of complainant submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and he is having no objection if the present petition is allowed. MAHIMA 2025.03.21 09:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
2 In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 14.01.2025 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner is also abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.
