Learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon the statement made in paragraph 13 of the affiavit to substantiate his arguments for the dealy of 212 days in filing the above writ appeal. 1 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2. Eventhough the reasons stated for the dealy are administrative reasons, this Court is unable to disregard the reasons, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case. This Court is fully convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and the delay of 212 days is explained to the satisfaction of this Court. The
learned counsel appearing for the respondent has not raised any serious objections to allow this petition.
3. In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is ordered. The delay of 212 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal and list the same before this Court, if it is otherwise in order.
