This petition has been filed for following relief: "issue an order or direction to the learned court below Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 14 Gorakhpur to decide the O.S. No. 4915 of 2017 (Digvijay Singh and another Vs Sanehi and another) within a specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. From the perusal of writ petition as well as annexure annexed thereto it is apparent that the suit is pending since 2017 and despite several dates have been fixed, the same has not been decided yet. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 14 Gorakhpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after ensuring service upon all the parties concerned and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
