No.1061 of 2025 By way of present application, complainant/victime has sought indulgence of this Court to permit him to assist the Public Prosecutor, in this case. The FIR, in this case, was registered at the instance of complainant/applicant/victim. As such, prayer made, in this application, is allowed and the same is accordingly disposed of.
