Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent No.2 be directed to execute and enforce the recovery certificate dated 20.02.2025 (Annexure P-6) issued by respondent No.4. He further submits that petitioners have sent a representation on 13.08.2025 (Annexure P-7) to the respondents, but no action has been taken so far. 3. Issue notice to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 only at this stage. 4. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Akhil Kamra, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and on instructions from Naib Tehsildar, Zirakpur-Kashish Garg submits that the property of the VANITA 2025.09.03 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order and judgment CWP-26109-2025 2 respondents No.5 and 6 has already been attached and recovery would be effected within a period of two months. 5.
