Prayer in the instant petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her son and daughter-in-law at the hands of respondents No.3 to 9 and further to decide representation dated 21.08.2025 (Annexure P6). Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners have already moved a representation dated 21.08.2025 (Annexure P6) before respondent No.2, but no action on the same has been taken till date. He submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 is directed to look into and decide the said representation. Notice of motion.
